Elm Park man charged with 18 child exploitation offences including grooming to stand trial at the Old Bailey.

An Elm Park man has been charged with 18 child exploitation offences and is due to stand trial at the Old Bailey in October.

Michael Duncan in his early 20’s, pleaded not guilty to all 18 offences at Snaresbrook Crown Court on October 1, 2021 and will stand trial at the Old Bailey starting on October 25.

Mr Duncan is charged with the following:

Attempt to meet a girl under the age of 16 years of age following grooming.

Attempting to cause/incite a girl 13 to 15 to engage in sexual activity.

Causing a child to watch a sexual act.

Engaging in sexual communication with a child.

Making indecent photographs of a child.

Possessing an extreme pornographic image.

Cause a child aged 13-15 to watch/ look at an image of sexual activity.

Attempt to cause/incite a girl 13 to 15 to engage in sexual activity.

Adult attempt to to meet a girl under 16 years old following grooming.

Possess extreme pornographic image with animals.
