Two men arrested following a fight on Hilldene Avenue.

Onlookers were shocked to see two men fighting this morning along Hilldene Avenue.

A Met Police spokesperson told the Havering Daily:

“Police were called at approximately 10:16hrs on Friday, 26 February to a report of a theft from a vehicle taking place on Hilldene Avenue, RM3.

“Officers attended and found two men involved in an altercation at the scene after it was alleged that one of the men had attempted to gain entry into the other’s vehicle.

“A [A] 44-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of handling stolen goods and vehicle interference. He was found with facial injuries and was transported to an east London hospital for treatment.

“A [B] 35-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of GBH and conveyed to an east London police station where he remains at this time.”
