Employees at the Romford branch of Grant & Stone are to benefit from a comprehensive financial support package to provide help during the current challenging times.
The Independent Builders Merchant Group (IBMG) – which includes Grant & Stone – are providing employees with a one-off winter payment of £500 in January to help with the rising cost of living.
In addition, through IBMG’s perks package, Grant & Stone employees will receive discounts on a range of essentials, such as groceries, clothing, mobile phones, household bills and insurance.
The group has also launched an employee purchase scheme, which provides discounts on a variety of energy saving products, such as insulation and draught proofing, helping staff to manage rising energy costs.
